In-Network Plans

We're contracted with a variety of plans through Medicaid, commercial, Florida KidCare/HealthyKids, StepUp FES-UA, and Marketplace.

Title 19 & Title 21. We're in-network for speech, occupational, and physical therapies. You're welcome to request a Single Case Agreement (SCA) with Member Services along with a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) if you'd like Happy Play Therapy to become your child's ABA provider.

Marketplace - All benefits must be verified by our office first. We're in-network for speech, occupational, and physical therapies.

Medicaid & Commercial plans - All benefits must be verified by our office first. We're in-network for speech, occupational, physical therapies AND applied behavior analysis (ABA).

We have sent applications to credential with various networks including AvMed, TriCare, BCBS, and Oscar. Becoming a provider is just not up to us--we wish! Check back in often for updates because, contracting with an insurance can sadly take foreverrrrr.
